 Great job! The color is wonderful. The overall drawing is cute and mysterious.  Gorgeous colours and textures, and I really like the way you've done the lighting. I love how you've just given an impression of most of the objects on the riverbed (or possibly seabed...), and generally how you put in lots of nice details without losing the cartoony look of it.
